Delete Your SECURE Account

SECURE gives you full control over your account. You can delete your account at any time, in two ways.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the SECURE app.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account will be deleted.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at gauravbathiya21@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove your account record and personal profile information. Your posts, ratings, comments, and messages are deleted or anonymized so they are no longer linked to you. Some records may be retained only where required by law or to prevent fraud, for the minimum time necessary.

What this means

Your login and profile will no longer exist.
Any in-app token balances (SHREE / DA) associated with the account are forfeited and cannot be recovered after deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
